Executive Assistant (EA) supports executives and managers by providing administrative and organizational support. EAs are responsible for a variety of tasks, including :
Scheduling : Managing schedules, agendas, and calendars for executives
Communication : Liaising with clients, handling emails and phone calls, and organizing team communications
Office support : Typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintaining filing systems and contacts databases
Research : Researching and organizing data
Reporting : Compiling expense reports and handling memos, reports, invoices, and related documents
Confidentiality : Maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
