Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestones efficiently
• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and cost controls
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and adherence to safety regulations and project specifications
• Work collaboratively with superintendents, engineers, architects, and clients to identify and resolve project challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation, including reports, budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Foster a professional, collaborative, and safety-focused culture across the project team
