Product Line Performance And Enablement Manager - Hybrid Cloud And AI Offerings
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Line Manager to lead performance management and enablement strategies for our Hybrid Cloud and AI offerings. This role is pivotal in driving offering success post-launch by collaborating with offering managers, sales teams, and enablement functions to ensure revenue growth, margin optimization, and market relevance.
Key Responsibilities
- Offering Performance Management
- Monitor pipeline and performance against plan
- Analyze offering performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Serve as the focal point for offering managers on performance metrics and enablement needs
- P&L Management
- Set and track revenue and margin targets
- Provide insights to optimize profitability across offerings
- Sales Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner closely with sales teams to gather feedback on offering gaps and obstacles
- Work with sales enablement to design and launch programs that drive product adoption and sales effectiveness
- Support sales business cadences and initiatives
- Portfolio Optimization
- Focus on specific offerings and geographies to ensure tailored strategies
- Participate in lifecycle management by identifying underperforming offers and recommending rationalization
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience8+ years of experience in Product Line Management, preferably in cloud or AI technologiesPreferred Qualifications :
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-makingExcellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teamsExperience with sales enablement and post-launch product lifecycle activitiesAbility to manage multiple offerings and drive performance in a dynamic environmentStrong communication skills, including written and verbal EnglishThe base salary range budgeted for this position is $145,000-188,000.
