Join a team driving the development of a next-generation Oracle's Data Platform built for the enterprisedesigned to take organizations from raw data to intelligent AI applications in one seamless, governed environment. This cloud-native platform combines large-scale analytics, data engineering, and model development with the intuitive tools needed to build and deploy AI Agents securely and efficiently. In this role you will set the vision, drive execution, and deliver comprehensive integration capabilities across Oracle and third-party applications and data services. You will define and drive the strategy for connecting Oracle's Data platform with the broader enterprise ecosystem for enabling customers to unlock faster insights, smoother workflows, and AI-driven automation. This is a highly strategic role that will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver platform-wide features that impact the entire customer journeyfrom onboarding to enterprise-scale production.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision : Define and drive the integration strategy for Oracle's Data Platform, spanning Oracle's application portfolio (Fusion ERP / HCM / SCM / CX, Oracle Health, HDI, E-Business Suite), core data services, and leading third-party cloud / SaaS ecosystems.
  • Unified Data & AI Integration : Lead initiatives to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable integration across both data and AI capabilitiesdata pipelines, connectors, and APIs that enable unified data ingestion, governance, and interoperability, while also powering embedded AI / ML workflows, automation, and real-time insights for customers across diverse enterprise environments.
  • Cross-Organizational Alignment : Champion collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams to set integration priorities and ensure the delivery of high-value features that drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Ecosystem Partnership & Market Impact : Build and manage relationships with technology partners to enable third-party integration scenarios, extending Oracle's reach and ensuring platform differentiation.

Skills and Experiences Required

  • BS / MS in a technical field such as Computer Science, or MBA with technical industry experience.
  • 10+ years in Product Management, with experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud data services, or integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications and databases, or equivalent ERP / HCM / analytics ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of AI Application patterns, agentic workflows, and ML / AI integrations.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns (Zero Copy, Zero ETL, APIs, real-time replication).
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of driving adoption and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
