Key Details :

  • Pay Range : $145,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. Recent graduates will start at the beginning of the pay range; experienced candidates may be considered for higher compensation.
  • Schedule : Full-time, Monday - Thursday, 7 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM.
  • Location : Work at either our Rosewood or Rockwood clinic locations, with the possibility of traveling between both.
  • What You'll Do : In this role, you'll deliver hands-on dental care at our clinics, focusing on providing the best possible outcomes for patients while maintaining high standards of quality, accessibility, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include :

    Dentist Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients in a primary care setting.
  • Conduct routine dental exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other necessary procedures.
  • Work with a collaborative team of medical providers to support patients' overall health.
  • Mentor and support newer dentists.
  • Help increase access to dental care for underserved communities, addressing both immediate and long-term oral health needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and keep up-to-date with best practices in dental care.

  • Foster positive relationships with staff, volunteers, and patients, supporting the clinic's collaborative, patient-centered environment.
  • Uphold Wallace's mission by delivering high-quality dental care and contributing to overall clinic goals.
  • Maintain patient and team confidentiality, adhering to all clinic and state guidelines.
  • Bring strong organizational skills and critical thinking to address challenges, effectively communicating with diverse audiences.
  • Lead by example, remaining calm and professional in a dynamic, fast-paced clinic setting.
  • What We're Looking For : As a Dentist at Wallace, you'll be a leader in providing high-quality, culturally appropriate dental care to our diverse community. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering care that addresses both the clinical and social needs of our patients. You're adaptable, community-focused, and excited to contribute to the mission of our organization. You will also have a :

  • DMD or DDS degree with an Oregon dental license (or in process).
  • Experience in general dentistry, with a passion for community care.
  • Preferred experience includes 1-2 years in general dentistry or additional training such as GPR or AEGD.
  • Flexibility and a strong commitment to working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to obtain a DEA license as required.
