Hospitalist Physician

Location : AdventHealth Tampa

Start Date : MUST BE ABLE TO START u pon completion of credentialing (approximately 4 6 months)

About the Role :

We are seeking a dedicated nocturnist to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa. This is a nocturnist position with no day / swing shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent patient care.

Compensation & Schedule :

15 / 16 days per month (183 shifts / year) : Base salary $325,000+

Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income

RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay

Responsibilities :

Admissions (10-14 on average)

APP and residents work nightly to assist with admissions and floor calls

No procedures or codes required

Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management

Qualifications :

Board-certified / eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Hospitalist experience preferred but not required
