As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading utilities location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for everyone onsite. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participate in emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with resolution as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and observe for irregularities.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to identify potential security-related concerns or violations.

Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or contractors to provide assistance and relay important information.

Remain alert and attentive while patrolling utility-related locations, adapting to varying environments and conditions as required by the site.

Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and observing access points as directed by client policies.

Minimum Requirements :

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
