Job Skills / Requirements

HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is currently hiring Flex Security Officers in the Cincinnati, OH area. This position offers a pay rate of $18 / hr, paid weekly.

Benefits : All qualifying candidates are eligible for a 401(k) with employer match (up to 8%) that work 20 hours a week (minimum of 500 hours per year or more worked) and have completed six months of service with Sunstates Security.

Shifts : Flex officers must be able to work a wide variety of shifts to be considered. This is an on-call position; however, we schedule ahead when possible. Times will vary depending on site.

Requirements :

• Previous security, law enforcement, and / or military experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to work various shifts, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be flexible and team oriented.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Must be reliable.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Flex Officer Explanation The Flex Officer position is crucial to our company's operational and financial success. The flex officer provides trained, competent support by working shifts which become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes. This enables Sunstates to provide continual, uninterrupted service to our customers, while also protecting the health and work balance of our personnel.

Scheduling Expectations The scheduling parameters and expectations for a flex officer are different from those of an employee assigned to a fixed post. As a flex :
