Job Skills / Requirements

HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is currently hiring Flex Security Officers in the Dry Ridge, KY area. These positions offer a starting pay rate of $17 / hr, with weekly pay. Benefits : All qualifying candidates are eligible for a 401(k) with employer match (up to 8%) that work 20 hours a week (minimum of 500 hours per year or more worked) and have completed six months of service with Sunstates Security. Requirements :

• One years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is preferred.
• Have reliable means of transportation and communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance.
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
• Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
• Exceptional Report Writing Skills.
• Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
• Able to work independently.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Flex Officer Explanation

The Flex Officer position is crucial to our company's operational and financial success. The flex officer provides trained, competent support by working shifts which become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes. This enables Sunstates to provide continual, uninterrupted service to our customers, while also protecting the health and work balance of our personnel.
