We're looking for an IT Manager to join our team. This is a full-time onsite role based in our Scottsdale HQ.

Your Impact

As our IT Manager , you'll take ownership of Radix's internal IT environment-developing systems, processes, and security practices that support our growing, high-performing team. You'll be responsible for designing and maintaining IT infrastructure, implementing security protocols, and ensuring seamless onboarding and access across the company.

You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, People, and Operations to support a secure and productive workplace, while proactively identifying areas where we can improve and scale.

Key Outcomes

Infrastructure Readiness : Build and improve internal systems to ensure our IT foundation supports current and future team needs

Security & Compliance : Create and implement company-wide IT and security policies to support SOC 2 compliance and best practices

Onboarding & Access : Develop a seamless experience for new hires and manage secure access at every stage of the employee lifecycle

Operational Support : Manage and troubleshoot hardware, software, and IT workflows with speed and professionalism

Tool & Vendor Management : Optimize use of Microsoft 365 and other core tools, coordinating with external vendors as needed

Process Improvements : Continually refine and strengthen our IT operations to support growth, security, and employee experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain internal IT infrastructure, including secure hardware and software systems
• Create, update, and implement IT / security policies aligned with compliance and operational needs
• Oversee provisioning and deprovisioning processes across platforms and devices
• Administer tools like Microsoft 365, Vanta, and KnowBe4
• Manage employee hardware (laptops, monitors, peripherals), including procurement and inventory
• Act as the primary point of contact for onsite IT support at our Scottsdale HQ
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system access, tool functionality, and a positive IT experience
• Troubleshoot technical issues across both Windows and Mac environments
• Drive continuous improvements in security, efficiency, and IT service delivery
