Will position float between units : Yes per unit needs

Is on-call required? Yes standby when not needed on unit

Are weekends required? Yes variable and rotating

Are block schedules required? No

What are expected ratios? 1 : 3

Special requirements : Level 3 or 4 NICU experience. Generally shifts only rotate between days / nights per pay period or schedule period (every 2-4 weeks). Manager ensures that the traveler has appropriate time between a night shift and a dayshift if they are rotating.

Are 48 hours approved : No

Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent

If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel.

Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
