Our state-of-the-art dental practice is searching for an organized and experienced Dental Front Desk Supervisor at our Academy Office. The ideal candidate for this position has exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service.  The Front Desk Dental Supervisor is a crucial team member of the staff-driven dental office. This is a management position responsible for all of the non-clinical operational success of the office.

  • Overseeing dental office teams including, but not limited to Front Desk, Dentists, Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and all dental staff.
  • The ability to multi-task, address large and minor staffing issues, and to ensure that each team member is able to complete his or her responsibilities each day
  • Support the Office Manager with new projects and daily operations
  • Ensure providers’ schedules are maintained, are full, and are balanced efficiently
  • Maintain staff schedule
  • Arrange the dental office calendar monthly and make changes accordingly
  • Follow up with staff regarding pending matters i.e. licensing, payroll, etc.
  • Listen and resolve complaints from staff and patients
  • Manage the condition of the office and arrange necessary repairs
  • Run and send all weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintain office standards of excellent customer service
  • Listen and mentor all staff members regarding how to address patient concerns or questions.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Dentrix Enterprise experience
  • Experience working with patients in a dental office
  • Must be able to work onsite at the office
  • Flexible schedule
  • Supervisory experience highly preferred
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent
