About the Role :

We are looking for a visionary Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of complex, distributed, and scalable enterprise systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in Java / Spring Boot , cloud and hybrid architectures , and enterprise integration patterns , along with the leadership skills to drive architectural excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions across on-premises , off-premises , and cloud-native environments.
• Design and implement distributed systems with a focus on low latency , high throughput , resilience , and scalability .
• Apply enterprise architecture patterns , microservices , event-driven architecture , and domain-driven design (DDD) .
• Ensure systems are designed with security , compliance , and data privacy in mind (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Establish and lead a Center of Excellence (CoE) for architecture, driving standardization of practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with Principal Architects and senior stakeholders to define and enforce architecture principles, guidelines, and reference models .
• Lead the development of technology roadmaps, strategic initiatives , and modernization programs .
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Provide architectural oversight and mentorship to engineering teams across multiple domains.
• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments , and performance evaluations.
