Horizon Systems is looking for an Aftermarket Sales Representative to support customers in the process manufacturing industry by selling parts and components, while helping maintain long-term relationships. This role is ideal for individuals with a technical mindset who enjoy problem-solving and providing excellent customer service.

What Youll Do

• Serve as regional contact for aftermarket inquiries from existing or potential customers and provides quotations and sales support as necessary.
• Drive sales by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand our market reach.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers through telephone, email, and video conferencing.
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams for product availability and timely deliveries.
• Maintain customer records in our CRM and track sales opportunities
