Occupational Therapist - PRN Position

Are you passionate about helping others regain their independence? At SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital, we are looking for dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our Inpatient Acute Care team. This PRN position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a difference in patients’ lives.

Position Highlights :

Schedule : PRN, Day Shift, with the expectation to work 1 weekend a month and as needed during the week.

Location : SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital, Oklahoma City.

Shift Differentials : Available for night, weekend, and additional shifts.

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical, emotional, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to create effective treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans, documenting patient progress and adjusting care as needed.
• Educate patients and families on managing deficits and ensuring a smooth discharge process.
• Oversee care provided by designated individuals, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain a safe and alert work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Licensure and Certifications :

Candidates must obtain state licensure as an Occupational Therapist and Basic Life Support Certification within 90 days of employment.
