Job descriptionActive NY State License (NYSED) Proven pharmacy experience Must have experience in Pharmacy dispensing system, Sterile Processing, and IV room Knowledge of an EMR (Electronic Medical Records system)
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and dispense medications following established guidelines and regulations
- Conduct medication reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide clinical support for medication therapy management
- Ensure compliance with USP797 / 800 standards in the IV room
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care
Requirements :
