Position Summary & Key Responsibilities

As an Instructional Systems Design Team Lead, you'll serve as a task lead for FEMA training revisions or new training development. To be successful in this role, you'll need to excel in four key areas :

• Project Work : Manage training development projects; produce high-quality deliverables based on contractual requirements, while working within a healthy timeline, budget, and team environment
• Client Relationship Management : Communicate effectively with clients and provide reliable service to build trusting relationships and align solutions with their needs
• Subject-Matter Expertise : Apply both training and project management skills to facilitate training development across multiple cadres of SMEs on a variety of topics
• Leadership and Culture : Manage multiple project team members by aligning expectations, building processes, and ensuring 360-degree feedback that is timely, candid, and supportive
