Your job, as category Buyer R&D and analytical service within our External Manufacturing Procurement will be to ensure the selection of high-quality CDMOs for R&D in alignment with our commercial manufacturing strategy. Your fact-based negotiations and performance-based contracting will safeguard our company's interests while driving value across the entire supply chain.

Main Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies ensuring global participation, alignment, and adoption.
• Market Analysis, Spend Analysis, RFI / RFP / RFQ, Supplier Evaluation, Contract Negotiation, Risk Management, Compliance.
• Drive the negotiations with suppliers under his / her perimeter.
• Align with Finance and the Business to capture and monitor external budget spends and savings.
• Assemble successful cross functional teams to develop cost modeling and analytics, evaluate total cost, total savings potential, sourcing options, regulatory / legal / quality impact, and production / operation impact of sourcing opportunities.
• Drive and manage change and process efficiencies.

The salary range for this position is : $101,250.00 - $146,250.00 All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
