Job description

Sales And Marketing Specialist

The Sales and Marketing Specialist plays a critical supporting role in the execution of marketing initiatives and sales operations that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement. The position works closely with the VP, Sales and other key executives to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, sales campaign coordination, and customer relationship management. Manages digital marketing efforts (including email campaigns, social media, and website updates), prepare sales materials and proposals, maintaining CRM databases, and coordinating marketing events or sales meetings. The specialist will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, develop promotional strategies, and support the sales team with tools and insights to close deals effectively. The position will also provide high-level executive support to multiple Solutions executives.

Responsibilities :

Sales & Marketing Support (60%) :

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.

Assist in proposal development, RFP responses, and client pitch decks.

Prepares sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.

Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and company website.

Coordinate logistics and company presence for trade shows, webinars, and client-facing events.

Support lead generation efforts and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.

Track and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI.

Analyze campaign results, track KPI's, and make data-driven improvements.

Executive Administrative Support (40%) :

Provide high-level administrative support to several Solutions executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist with internal communications and cross-functional coordination.

Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

B.S. / B.A. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 6+ years of recent / relevant sales / marketing and / or executive administrative experience.

3 years Experience in a sales, marketing, or executive support role.

3 years Prior project management experience. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Power Point, Excel, Word, Teams, and OneNote; CRM platforms; and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Salesforce, LinkedIn).

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

High level of professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications :

B.S. / B.A. In Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

3 years Experience in sales, marketing, or executive support role in healthcare or consulting industry.

Compensation Disclaimer :

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.
