As part of our triage call center, you will play a crucial role in pre-screening patients for medical necessity while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards and delivering a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate patients' medical conditions by reviewing patient charts.
• Determine the medical necessity of products requested by patients.
• Electronically sign prescription medications upon completion of consultations.
• Your personal contact information will remain confidential at all times.
