Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Proactively connect with prospective clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer suitable solutions.

Handle incoming calls with care and look for opportunities.

Needs Assessment : Analyze client needs to recommend comprehensive insurance coverage tailored to individual and business goals.

Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Documentation : Accurately maintain and manage client information and sales records in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Licensing : Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License is necessary prior to starting. We will reimburse cost if don't currently have licenses.

Experience : Previous experience in customer service, insurance sales or a similar field is advantageous.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-Focused : A commitment to meeting and exceeding client needs.

Local Presence : Ability to work on-site in Saukville, Wisconsin.

Adaptability : Responsive to changing circumstances and customer needs.

Team-Oriented : Ability to work amicably and effectively within a team.

Sales Acumen : Strong sales and negotiation skills to drive business success.
