Key Responsibilities :

Install and configure hardware, software, printers, and phones
Troubleshoot end-user computing devices and peripherals
Implement and support system upgrades and resolve performance issues
Provide employee training and technical support

Required Skills :

3+ years experience with MS Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, LogMeIn

Troubleshooting peripheral devices (printers, monitors, etc.)

Active Directory management

Interview : Web Cam or In-Person

Onsite : Required in Atlanta
