Job description

Warehouse Associate / 1st Shift

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by accurately tracking inventory, packing boxes, and handling shipments.

Responsibilities

  • Scan barcodes to accurately track inventory.
  • Utilize a pallet jack to move boxes.
  • Accurately pack boxes with the appropriate amount of inventory based on load sheets.
  • Load and unload truck shipments.
  • Follow all applicable safety policies and procedures.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in packing, material handling, and order picking.
  • Proficiency in using forklifts, RF scanners, and pallet jacks.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping and receiving, and cycle counts.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift 45 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Effective counting skills and basic shop math proficiency.

    • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 / hr during training, which will increase to $20 after that. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
