Warehouse Associate / 1st Shift

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by accurately tracking inventory, packing boxes, and handling shipments.

Responsibilities

  • Scan barcodes to accurately track inventory.
  • Utilize a pallet jack to move boxes.
  • Accurately pack boxes with the appropriate amount of inventory based on load sheets.
  • Load and unload truck shipments.
  • Follow all applicable safety policies and procedures.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in packing, material handling, and order picking.
  • Proficiency in using forklifts, RF scanners, and pallet jacks.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping and receiving, and cycle counts.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift 45 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Effective counting skills and basic shop math proficiency.

    • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 / hr during training, which will increase to $20 after that. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following :
