We are not your typical primary care provider. As an Associate Physician, you will play a critical role in our rapidly expanding team, providing direct patient care primarily in an ambulatory setting while also engaging in acute care and skilled nursing facilities as needed.

Your Responsibilities :

• Function independently as a key part of a dedicated patient care team.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement effective patient management plans, while considering patients' cultural backgrounds and unique needs.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and create treatment plans tailored to patient conditions.
• Participate in clinical rounds and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
• Advocate for patients and ensure effective communication among the care team.
• Continuously strive for quality improvement in clinical practices.
• Maintain documentation that reflects the highest standards of care and compliance.
• Engage in professional development activities to further enhance your skills.

Compensation & Benefits :

The salary for this position ranges from $231,876 - $331,251. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer comprehensive benefits that support your health, well-being, and career growth.
