$3,500 to $3,600 per week

About The Position

• Provide expert care for critically ill cardiac, vascular, and post-surgical patients.
• Manage patients requiring ventilator support, CRRT, ECMO, LVAD / RVAD, and intra-aortic balloon pump.
• Titrate vasoactive and cardiac drips, sedation, and insulin infusions per protocol.
• Monitor and interpret hemodynamic parameters, arterial lines, and Swan-Ganz catheters.
• Assist with chest tube insertion / removal and manage BiPAP / CPAP and HFNC therapy.
• Perform central / PICC line care, blood product administration, and continuous IV therapies.
• Respond to cardiac and medical emergencies; interpret and manage dysrhythmias.
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team—physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and PT / OT—to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation in EPIC and adhere to infection prevention protocols.
