What you'll do

• Perform commercial HVAC service, ensuring systems operate flawlessly.
• Conduct electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks to keep buildings up to CBRE and client standards.
• Respond to and resolve service requests efficiently and effectively.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems using standard methodologies and established processes.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to determine the best solutions for facility needs.
• Successfully implement preventative maintenance programs.
