Pro Sales Manager, Southern States

Nordic Knots is looking for a dynamic PRO Sales Manager, Southern States to be based in Austin or Miami. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about interior design and highly motivated to bring their sales expertise and trade network to a fast growing design-driven brand.

We're building a company around thoughtful and long-lasting design, strong relationships, and a great customer experience. As a PRO Sales Manager for the Southern States, you will be responsible for a key growth region and segment of our brand.

About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in growing Nordic Knots' presence among professional interior designers and trade clients in the Southern States of the US with specific focus on Texas and Florida. You will use your expertise and network to generate leads, increase trade account sign ups, and drive sales and loyalty through targeted engagement and digital outreach.

This role is perfect for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer, with the ability to work within an entrepreneurial and faced-paced environment while building meaningful client relationships.

Responsibilities & Goals

  • Set and exceed ambitious trade sales targets for PRO Sales in the Southern States applying a strong background in trade sales and an entrepreneurial approach to build revenue in the region
  • Leverage your existing network of interior designers in key cities Austin, Miami, Dallas & Houston to build brand engagement in core regional PRO communities
  • Drive growth through effective strategies to acquire new clients and strengthen repeat business with existing accounts
  • Adopt company strategies for wide reaching digital engagement
  • Report on performance metrics, while identifying and actioning growth enablers
  • Refine processes to optimise trade client service in collaboration with our Sales Director
  • Collaborate with colleagues across PRO, Retail, CX & E-Commerce teams to ensure seamless omni-channel customer experience
  • Successfully introduce new collections to trade clients, making each launch a major event

  • Nordic Knots was founded in 2016 by Liza B Laserow, Fabian Berglund and Felix Berglund. We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer Scandinavian interior design brand with the USA as the major market. Fusing function and aesthetics with a Scandinavian sensibility, we craft timeless textiles for the modern home.     Location

    This position is fully remote, but applicants must reside in Miami or Austin.
