Workers Compensation Claims Trainee

A company is looking for a Guardian Associate (Workers Compensation Claims Trainee) as part of their Emerging Talent INVEST Program.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing

Shadow experienced claims professionals and practice in a simulated environment to build confidence in claims management

Manage a portfolio of indemnity claims under supervision while applying training to real-world scenarios

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred

Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT)

Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology

Curious, learning-focused mindset
