Location : Mesa, AZ 85201

Overview :

We are searching for a Senior JOC Project Manager to direct comprehensive K-12 capital improvement programs within Mesa and surrounding districts. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through each phase of delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and close multiple concurrent JOC projects.

Conduct project kickoff meetings and maintain stakeholder alignment.

Supervise design coordination, estimating, and task order execution.

Track expenditures and schedule performance metrics.

Mentor assistant project managers and field engineers.

Qualifications :

Minimum seven years of project management experience within educational or public construction.

Solid understanding of JOC delivery procedures.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
