Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead the design, strategy, and implementation of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. This role owns the big-picture architecture, ensures all systems align with business goals, and guides teams in delivering scalable, secure, and well-integrated Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture strategy for Salesforce across the organization.
• Translate business needs into technical designs, roadmaps, and integration plans.
• Define standards for solution architecture, data flows, and system interoperability.
• Assess requirements, identify gaps, and recommend the right Salesforce features and integration methods.
• Ensure long-term sustainability of Salesforce systems throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on business process improvements and re-engineering.
• Collaborate with executives, business teams, developers, and security / compliance groups.
• Support decision-making for new technologies, tools, and enterprise investments.
