A company is looking for a Team Lead Operations (Remote) in Neurology.
Key Responsibilities
Assist staff with daily operational problems and backlog
Identify trends with department / payor and resolve specific issues
Motivate staff and promote team efforts towards departmental goals
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent certification
2 years of experience in insurance or collections
No specific certifications required
Experience with ICD 9 and CPT coding
A driver's license is not required
