Realty Capital Advisors is seeking a people-first Operations Manager to lead the daily performance of our property operations team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching, clear communication, and driving accountability. The Operations Manager will help team members grow professionally, ensure follow-through on key initiatives, and deliver high service standards for our tenants and clients.

Success in this role requires a leader who is structured and supportivesomeone who can build trust, enforce consistency, and respond quickly to operational needs across multiple property types.

Primary Responsibilities :

Operational Execution

• Guide the operations team in managing inspections, work orders, capital repairs, tenant improvements, and vendor services.
• Ensure consistent execution of operational procedures, such as : Project scheduling and budgeting, contract approvals, emergency preparedness protocols, preventative maintenance planning, address and escalate operational issues promptly and effectively.
