We're looking for a Senior People Business Partner Sales to join our People team and directly support our Sales organization across the US, Canada, and UK. Reporting to the Manager of People Business Partnerships, you will be a strategic advisor to Sales leadership, helping scale our business by shaping organizational design, leadership capability, and performance culture.

You'll be embedded as a true business partner, working with executives and people leaders to align talent strategy with business strategy. You'll influence decisions on growth, structure, performance, and engagement while also rolling up your sleeves to implement programs that drive impact.

What You'll Do :

Strategic Business Partnership

• Partner with Sales leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into a people and talent agenda that accelerates growth.
• Act as a trusted coach and advisor to leaders on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, performance, and team dynamics.
• Anticipate challenges in retention, scaling, and engagement, and proactively develop solutions to address them.
