A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to facilitate day-to-day HR functions with a focus on employee relations and development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct employee relations investigations and provide consultative HR support
Partner with management on employee performance improvement and development plans
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies while facilitating operational duties related to employment changes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist; HR Management experience is a plus
BA / BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
Knowledge of Federal, State, and local labor laws
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while providing exemplary customer service
Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
