Job description
A company is looking for an Assistant Director of Acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage bulk loan pools for purchase and track Diligence Reporting delivery for Holdback Release
Prepare loan reports for NON-QM pools and assist with data tracking and validation
Supervise and mentor the Post Closing Management team to ensure efficient operations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
5-7 years of mortgage leadership experience required
Experience with Encompass and Excel is required
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience in developing training tools and process improvements
