A company is looking for a Director of Enhanced Care Management.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and oversee operations of the enhanced care management program

Supervise Clinical Managers, Clinical Consultants, and Lead Care Managers

Ensure compliance with contract goals, regulatory requirements, and program evaluations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, highly preferred

5+ years of people management experience

3+ years of care management experience

Proven business leader with P&L responsibility experience

Experience working with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams
