• Prior experience working with tools
• Desire to learn and grow in this trade
• Strong communication skills
• Background in carpentry, fabrication, or construction could translate well.
• No direct experience is required, as long as you want to learn a new trade and grow long-term you could be the next best thing.

Job Duties :

Fabricate and assemble cabinetry and countertops according to design specifications, using woodworking tools, power tools, and industrial machinery.

Handle and process cabinetry and countertop components, including measuring, cutting, shaping, and joining materials such as wood, composite, laminate, and solid surface products.

Prep products for finishing by sanding, shaping, and installing hardware or other component parts as required by each build.?

Conduct quality control checks and verify the fit or finish of assembled pieces to ensure adherence to specifications.?

Work collaboratively with team members and follow safety and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.?

Assist with the packaging and staging of finished products for delivery or installation.
