Job Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining the mill : You'll be setting up, running, and monitoring the mill to produce aluminum tubing according to specifications, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Quality control and testing : This involves ensuring the manufactured tubing meets quality standards through testing and inspection, making adjustments to the process if necessary.
• Bundling and packaging : You'll also be involved in preparing the finished aluminum tubing for shipment through tasks like bundling.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance : Collaborating with the maintenance team, you'll help diagnose and resolve issues with the mills to minimize downtime.
• Team leadership : Lead a small team of mill operators in various tasks, delegating responsibilities to ensure efficient work completion.
• Utilizing tools and equipment : Periodically use hand tools and testing equipment to analyze and correct system, device, and instrument malfunctions.
• Maintaining equipment and workspace : Keeping your work area organized and small power tools in proper working condition.
• Recording data : Maintaining accurate production records, including quantities, downtime, and quality measurements.

Requirements

Other duties may be assigned.

Pay : $20-$25 per hour

Schedule :

Monday - Thursday 6am - 3 : 30pm

Friday 7am - 11am
