• Needing 7+ days per month
• NICU Census : 3, Well Baby Census : 3-4
• Nursery Level II and Well Baby coverage
• Nursery Level II procedures required
• Circumcisions preferred but not required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
