This role requires a seasoned professional with a JD from an accredited law school, bar membership in good standing, and at least 15 years of experience, with a significant portion in a corporate environment. The General Counsel will also be tasked with overseeing data privacy and security, leading a legal team, and fostering a culture of collaboration and positivity.
