Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of complex commercial bodily injury claims, including catastrophic injuries and fatalities

Conduct comprehensive investigations using police reports, medical records, expert evaluations, and witness statements

Determine liability, damages, and policy coverage to guide strategic claims decisions

Collaborate with legal counsel on litigation strategy and attend mediations, depositions, and trials when needed

Negotiate settlements within authority, ensuring both cost-efficiency and fair resolution

Qualifications

5+ years of experience handling complex bodily injury and litigated claims in commercial lines

Background in product liability, construction defect, and / or liquor liability a plus

Strong understanding of tort law, insurance coverage, litigation procedures, and negotiation tactics

Excellent investigative, analytical, and communication skills
