Status : Non-exempt / Full Time, 24 hours per week but get paid for 30 hours and receive full-time status / benefits

Schedule : 6 : 00pm - 6 : 15am| Every Saturday and Sunday

Overview :

The Shahbaz provides personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, cooking, laundry, and housekeeping, while promoting a high quality of life in a self-managed team environment.

What you'll do :

Resident Care and Support

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating) and monitor health status.
• Aid in mobility and transfers, ensuring safety.
• Provide individualized, meaningful activities based on resident preferences.
• Respect autonomy and dignity through clear, sensitive communication.
• Prepare meals / snacks and follow care plans with nursing staff.
• Offer emotional support, companionship, and engage in conversation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and needs.
