Performs basic skills per department guidelines and communicates observations to members of the health care team. Provides direct patient care under the direction of the Unit Manager or Licensed Nurse, consistent with policies and procedures of the unit. Responsible for direct day-to-day care of assigned residents / patients including dressing, bathing, transporting and feeding.
