The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Injection Molding Associate to work at a company located in the Marcellus, MI area!

Pay / hours for position

2nd & 3rd Shift. $16 / hr

Requirements of position

We are a growing injection molding company in Marcellus, MI that manufactures high-quality automotive parts. We’re looking for dependable individuals to join our production team on 2nd and 3rd shift

Operate injection molding equipment to produce automotive parts (training provided)
Inspect, sort, and package finished parts for shipment
Pick parts from production lines and ensure correct quantities
Trim, label, and prepare parts according to customer specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Assist with basic production support as needed

Responsibilities of position

Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Willingness to work overtime when required

Must be able to lift 25–40 lbs as needed

No steel-toe shoes required

No prior experience needed — training provided

Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English
