Job description3rd shift from 11pm-7am Competitive hourly rate ranging from $22.25-$22.90 / hr. depending on shift Direct Hire position - you'll be hired on directly with our client! Amazing benefit package once hired in permanently 401K Paid vacation Safely change molds and start machines on time while following PPE and lockout / tagout requirements. Troubleshoot basic machine, equipment, and robot issues. Use knowledge of mold construction to help with initial problem-solving. Perform simple maintenance and repair on robot tooling. Adjust machine settings within limits to keep products within spec. Spot unsafe or unusual conditions and take action. Communicate issues and updates with other shifts. Support supervisors with shift activities and training of team members. Accurately complete daily production paperwork. Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to manage inventory and production schedules. Keep work areas clean and organized. Help cover operator breaks and assist with grinding runners and scrap when needed. High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of injection molding experience Completion of all required post-hire training modules within the designated timeframe. Minimum score on required client testing. Meeting requirements to obtain and maintain a crane license. Applying up to 150 foot-pounds of force with a torque wrench. Ability to safely work in proximity to magnetic fields .
