We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to drive the design, development, and scaling of our technology platforms. Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions.
• Take ownership of features from concept through deployment, ensuring reliability and maintainability.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Promote technical excellence through code reviews, best practices, and ongoing improvements.
• Participate in architectural discussions and help shape our long-term technical vision.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in distributed systems and cloud environments.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
• Continuously enhance development processes, tools, and practices to boost efficiency and quality.
