Job Description
Client Overview : Our client is a women’s ready-to-wear collection that reimagines classic American sportswear for the twenty-first century.
Position Overview : As the Fabric Associate, you will be responsible for developing and purchasing of all raw materials that includes, woven, knits and trims.
Fabric Associate Responsibilities :
- Overseas communication and sourcing for Fabrics
- Fabric / Trend Forecasting and Research
- Fabric / Trim / Technique Overseas Sourcing
- Fabric Sampling Coordination
- Development Lab Dips / Development Print Strike offs
- Development Sample yardage management
- Fabric Management / Organization
- Management of Fabric Development Calendar per delivery
- Counter Development for Bulk
- Keep and maintain Fabric Library / Information
- Manage Fabric System and Information
