Visible is a profitable, established software startup made up of 15 fully remote teammates across the globe. It has been set up this way since Visible was founded in 2015 (we have this whole remote work thing down).

Role Overview :

We’re seeking an experienced freelance website specialist to help us augment, maintain, and optimize our marketing website. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating high-performing websites and enjoys solving growth-related technical challenges.

You’ll work closely with our marketing team and collaborate with product teams to implement changes that enhance user experience, improve conversion rates, and align with broader business objectives, like driving revenue.

Our marketing site is built on Astro, and we use Sanity as our CMS. We deploy to Vercel.

We move fast and expect the same from you—without sacrificing quality. You should be comfortable iterating quickly, testing new ideas, and making site changes that have a measurable impact. Bonus points if you have experience with A / B testing, site performance optimization, and working cross-functionally with product teams.

We spend time reducing our code and product debt. We pair whenever it is needed, we test our code, and we code review every line that goes in production. It is a great way to ensure quality and learn from each other.

Qualifications & What We’re Looking For :

You have at least 3 years of experience in web development, marketing website management, or growth-focused website optimization.

You have a strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

You operate with a bias for action and speed—you’re efficient at turning insights into changes that have real impact.

You want to be part of a small, growth-minded team.

You care about details and have the ability to balance experimentation with maintaining site integrity and brand consistency.

Bonus points if you

Experience designing and executing A / B tests and multivariate experiments to drive website improvements.

Experience with Tailwind, Astro, and / or Sanity.io .

Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to implement site changes that span marketing and product touchpoints.
