Sourcing Manager Infrastructure Supply Chain

Insight Global is seeking a Sourcing Manager Infrastructure Supply Chain to develop and execute sourcing strategies for compute, storage, networking equipment, and infrastructure services supporting hyperscale datacenter operations. This role will build and manage supplier relationships with OEMs, ODMs, component manufacturers, and service providers to deliver capacity, cost optimization, quality, and innovation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, commodity pricing, technology roadmaps, and supply dynamics; provide market intelligence to stakeholders on cost, lead times, and capacity.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers; manage relationships through scorecards, KPIs, and quarterly business reviews.
• Conduct competitive bidding, RFx processes, and negotiations with OEMs, ODMs, networking vendors, and VARs.
• Lead contract negotiations including pricing, terms, SLAs, and warranties; manage MSAs, purchase agreements, and SOWs.
• Partner with capacity planning, engineering, and program management teams to forecast infrastructure needs and align procurement timelines.
• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for compute servers, storage, networking equipment, core components, and infrastructure services.
